Andrew Yun won the final two holes of regulation to tie the match, then beat top-seeded Jorge Fernandez Valdes in 21 holes Thursday to advance to the quarterfinals of the U.S. Junior Amateur. The 17-year-old Yun, of Chandler, Ariz., beat Jeffrey Kang, of Fullerton, Calif., 3 and 2 in the third round earlier Thursday.
